Fitter & Faster Swim Clinic Returns! America's #1 Swimming Clinics & Camps! October 5 and 6th!

Aloha Aquatics Association and Hawaii LSC Swimmers! 

I am excited to announce we will be welcoming back our friends from Fitter & Faster for a Fast Freestyle & Backstroke Technique W/ Video Filming & Analysis Swim Camp that is taking place on October 5 & 6! 

As the hosts, we have the first opportunity to sign up for this camp. Our goal is to fill the camp entirely with Aloha swimmers. There are limited spots available per session to ensure the maximum amount of attention for every participant. I highly recommend signing up today to secure a spot for your swimmer(s) as this camp is expected to sell out.  We will open the camp up to the rest of the state and mainland very soon.

There will be two sessions each day, one for swimmers ages 9 - 11 the other for ages 12 & over. The curriculum each day will be: 

October 5:Fast Freestyle Technique

October: Underwater Video Analysis

October 6:Fast Backstroke Technique
